U Mayol is based on dishes from the sea yet still includes some from the land. It is located on the ground floor of the El Vicenç hotel in a very privileged location, next to Cala Molins. A gastronomic offering based on the flavours of the Mediterranean where you can taste some of the island's classics, such as traditional Mallorcan rice, fresh grilled meats or the fish of the day, among other choices.

The seafood bistro concept remains faithful to the style of the Santi Taura Group. However, it continues to introduce its signature traditional cuisine with its characteristic touch. Its menu moves away from haute cuisine and focuses on classic and authentic island dishes, with special attention to local and organic products, whenever possible, along with carefully selected foreign ingredients.
