DINS restaurant represents the highest gastronomic expression of Santi Taura, one of the most recognised local chefs on the island. Through his conceptual proposals, Santi shares small gastronomic stories based on traditional Balearic recipes, always made with seasonal ingredients offering a modern point-of-view, whilst remaining faithful to their original roots.

Diners will have the opportunity to interact with Santi and his team at the bar, watching how each dish is prepared, or can instead choose to enjoy a more intimate atmosphere at the restaurant tables. The chef himself personally serves and explains the ‘Origens’ tasting menu, which can be accompanied by a harmonious wine with a choice of more than 500 available in the wine cellar.
